Delivery times can range from 1-7 business days within Australia, depending on distance from Melbourne. You will receive email notification on completion of your order, as well as when your item has been shipped, with your tracking number so that you can check on the progress of your delivery.

Shipping is via registered Australia post, and is a trackable service. Australia Post may require a signature on receipt of the delivery. We highly recommend a work/business address, as they always deliver during business hours. If you are not there to sign for the parcel a card will be left and you can pick up the parcel at your local post office.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster, strikes, transport complications etc. You will receive notification when your item has been shipped, along with your tracking reference.
