Terms of Trading
When you purchase a product from the Robyn Black website you are accepting the following terms and conditions which are legally binding. Please read through carefully before making your purchase. Customers must provide their contact details including actual full name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. Customers warrant that the payment details provided when purchasing products are theirs and are valid and correct.
When purchasing from Robyn Black your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128- bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
We accept payment using, Visa, Master Card and PayPal. We do not accept cheques, cash or money orders. All payments are processed at the point of order.
Please ensure all of your contact details are correct when placing an order so we can contact you should there be any issues.
All product prices, shipping prices and payment transactions on the Robyn Black website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
GST & Taxes
All products bought on the Robyn Black retail website include GST. Products shipped internationally may attract customs duties and taxes. It is your responsibility to pay any additional customs duties and taxes on the delivery of your products.
Robyn Black is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. You will receive an order confirmation email and invoice via email once your order has been received. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-10 business days; pending availability and payment authorisation. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer but otherwise it is anonymous. We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
You must notify the Robyn Black to request a return and obtain return authorisation within 7 days of accepting delivery. If you have a problem please email or call Robyn Black
You will be provided with a return address by email once your return request has been excepted.
You must return the product in original condition with the original tickets attached. You are responsible for arranging any insurance and for the cost of the delivery of the returned product. Shipping and handling charges for returned products are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Robyn Black reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product/s does not meet return policy requirements.
Upon receipt of the returned product and along with Returns Authorisation and Proof of Purchase, Robyn Black will refund to you the purchase price for the product, less any shipping costs. Please allow 14 days from the day you return the Product for your account to be credited.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. If you wish to exchange, please make your request clear when obtaining your Returns Authorisation.
For all faulty items you must notify Robyn Black straight away to obtain a Returns Authorisation number (See contact details above). Robyn Black will gladly repair or exchange faulty products. If the product cannot be replaced we will offer a refund or exchange.
In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery cost.
